Vaibhav is a Venture Partner at Lightspeed based out of Menlo Park. He has led early investments and served on the boards of startups such as Innovaccer, Glean, Zetwerk and Apna, startups worth over $10Bn in aggregate value. He previously co-founded two companies, worked at McKinsey, attended Stanford GSB and trained as an ER doc. While at Lightspeed, he also built Extreme Entrepreneurs, a no-cost bootcamp that has mentored over 50 underserved founders. He is widely quoted in Bloomberg, Forbes, and TechCrunch and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 awardee.
