She has worked across diverse industries including trading, architecture and interior design, consulting, shipping, IT, and VFX, with experience spanning both domestic organisations and multinational companies.

At Kae, Dipti manages day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll, vendor payments, MIS reporting, and financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, along with postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Financial Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research.
